You don't say where you are, or whether your question includes the cost of air travel.

Obviously if you are in London it is cheap to go to Paris but not cheap to stay/eat out/etc, and vice versa.

If you are in the US it might be relatively cheap to fly to the Caribbean but not to stay (etc).
