No, fruits contain carbohydrates, which your body can turn in to fat.

If worried about weight, just learn moderation. If learning about fitness, you can't go wrong eating fruit. Just make sure you eat other things too.. an all fruit diet would be unhealthy. Your body needs some fats and a lot of the enzymes and vitamins in meats.

Everything, with exception of water contains fats, though most are so trace that they are not listed and will not affect you. Fruits usually contain complex carbs or natural sugars which unlike other carbs are really good for you and wont affect you much except in good ways, compared to high fructose corn syrup- in regular sodas which are horrible for you. Eat fruit without any fears of gaining weights, there sugars are actually good for you and almost none of them have any real amounts of fats.

I think that most don't but what I do in order to figure out the nutrition facts of different fruits is go to google and put in "valenica orange" or "navel orange" and then put "nutrition facts" in quotes also but not within the same set of quotation marks for the fruit and search for information.

I look up Banana and the link is below. Choose your serving size near the top.

strange but Answer is NO.because fruits contains sugars and after eating fruits that sugar converts in to carbohydrates and produce energy. And un used carbohydrates then converts into fat. Almost all fruits contains natural sugar in direct(sugar-banana,mango etc) or indirect (citrus-grapes,oranges etc) foams. Some fruits contains very low amount of sugar foams like papaya, apple etc. . But directly none eatables contains fats directly.

if you look it up its usually less than under one half a gram of fat..... so no, they dont consider .04% fat anything.... but some fruits do contain a lot of sugar, so if you sit around in the chair eating fruit all day, you can gain a small amount of weight from not buring off your sugars... but those are simple suagrs so they breakdown and are easily extracted from your body with minimal activity.
