No matter what your way of thought? Are trying to educate people to what you feel is truth? Or do you just like to "hear yourself talk", as they say?

When I was a missionary I was taught to never point out why you thought one religion or another was wrong - it only makes people defensive, and they'll stop listening to you.

The best thing to do, is just straight forward teach your own religion's doctrine, and just let the Holy Spirit testify of it's truth. People are smart enough to think about things your teaching that are different than their own, and smart enough to ponder or ask questions on their own if they want to know more.

It's the most civil, and effective way to really get people to consider your beliefs.

Sadeek, I think that people who use criticism and ridicule only do it to stir up trouble or controversy. They like attention whether it's good or bad. That's why we keep seeing the same old religious, racial, and political questions on here over and over again. Most of them just want attention.

How else do you do it other than through criticism? Ridicule does not often work though.
