Hi,
People say that the water that I consume has more fluoride content. Would like to know if there is any side effects becoz of this,and if there is any how do I ensure sagety against this..

Not much . The town in west Texas had high fluoride in it but we didn't know it then,except that we didn't have a dentist for many years. Your teeth might be slightly stained ,but no side effects. Later in life I traveled a lot and had dentures at about 65. I am now 76 and doing fine.

Fluoride can be toxic if you get enough. Less toxic levels can stain the teeth of young children. I've seen people where their teeth were stained from fluorosis as a small child and the teeth were quite unsightly. If you are not a small child you shouldn't have to worry about your teeth fluorosing.

A little fluoride in the water will help strenthen your tooth enamel. without staining. I worked as a dental assistant for 14 years.
