Since many Jews fled to Europe over a thousand years ago, is it possible some in the middle east with jesus' bloodline have since converted to Islam hundreds of years ago and others who fled over a thousand years ago were exterminated by the nazis, or killed in WWII? Perhaps even killed by the Russians during one of many persecutions of the Jews?

You mean some of his relatives. His descendents would have to have started with his children. He had no children.
