manual or motorized? magnetic? and why?

Motorized, I made a mistake and bought a manual one. In order for it to work it has to be at an incline so it is like you are walking uphill all the time. Spend the extra money for a motorized one. Good luck with your walking every little bit helps. Make sure you wear your walking shoes on the machine, no slippers or bare feet.

The one i have can be used both ways manual/motorized it is a Carl Lewis model and it is brilliant.

dont waste your money just go for a nature walk, so much to see and so many new areas to adventure
