Action 16 takes the pet groom pro to the Keith Zezinski's backyard in Wilkes-Barre.

Keith trains Collies for show. Normally he takes his Collies to a professional, but he agrees to let us give the Pet Groom Pro a try on his dogs!

According to the instructions, no need to use water, soap or chemicals. All you need is a 9 volt battery to operate the Pet Groom.

Keith first tries the Pet Groom on his dog Tank.He likes being brushed, says Zezinski. "He likes it!" " Yeah, he's just sitting there." He's enjoying it.

After brushing and brushing there is no difference in how the dog's coat looks or smells. We try the Pet Groom Pro on a Collie puppy with a little shorter hair. Again, it does not look or smell like the puppy has had a bath.

We try again on a larger Collie with a thick, black coat.Alica Belles of Wilkes-Barre says she's NOT impressed. "He doesn't look like he had a bath," says Belles. "He would look a lot better if he had a bath."

We give it another try on a long hair cat and a shorter hair dog. The Conclusion. "I guess it's okay for brushing but you can buy a regular brush for less.Does It Really Work? Sherman Says "Thumbs Down."

I have no idea why that person posted 3 times.... but anyways!

All I can say is this: If it worked and you never have to give your dog a bath again, it wouldn't just be on TV. Every groomer, dog show person, etc would have one!

If you don't want to wash your dog, I suggest taking her to the groomers and getting them to do it for you.

I stupidly bought one and have tried it on my dog and cats. Doesn't do a dang thing. I barely even get any hair off, and doesn't deodorize at all. I have better luck with a steel comb that I use on all the animals. The cats love to be combed, the dog hates it.
