Trouble is the survey you did that concludes no Welsh, Scott or Irish want to be part of the union is B****cks. I am a Welshman who has lived in Scotland married an Irish girl and has lived in England longer than any other place. If you said we do not want to be part of Europe your survey may be right. Lets face it England is made up of so many different nationality its hard to find an English person who has not moved out to live elsewhere.

This is typical of the mongrel Brit and a glaring example of the innate ignorance and lack of having a clue what you are talking about. However this too is the kind of garbage which causes conflicts and the Brits are good at that. It will be a great day when all 3 nations can be free of the scourge that once called itself the United Kingdom. The other answers are right and well read. You are just a dumb idiot who needs to make sure brain is engaged before putting mouth into gear. You arent really worthy of the quality information in these feedbacks. Go and study your political history and switch your telly off you illbred tithead.

My Dad is an Anglo living Scotland. The break up of the union would be a disaster. This is a symbiotic relationship. We don't want Gordon Brown and all the rest of the Cabinet Scots back, we have our own collection of losers and wasters at Holyrood.

Actually it was Jamie the Sax (James 6th)
Perhaps a more interesting question is why the rest of England does not get rid of London. We would be better off without it!

I'm all for devolution - Welsh, irish and Scots have their own governments on which we cannot vote, but they can send representatives to vote on ours! Hence a Scottish MP can vote to close down an English hospital but not vice-versa.
However, you must remember that Blair, Brown, etc., are Scots - why should they do anything to support the English? Frankly I'd send the lot of them back. Don't vote Labour!!

None of them EVER wanted to be a part of the UK! Back in the day the English were not very nice to those parts of the world they colonized.
