one of the big things is ,, iraq,,, we never here of succes in iraq, from within the country.. there is a massive amount of work being done inside iraq, did you know that iraq jet planes are flying and helping us, the iraq navy is patroling part of their harbors.. we as americans need to look at the new schools we have built, new hospitals, new homes for the displaced,,,, also one of the big things is the amount of theft of american dollars, by american contractors,,, such a loss.. i would encourage you to go to the department of defense website, and start looking at all the positive things we have done,,,, the news media will not report on all this,,, because they want everything negiitave... such a shame...
our troops are doing one super job,, god bless them all...

Being the spiteful person I am, I'd love to see those reporters who bad-mouth the military to go on a convoy, or get dropped off in the middle of hte ocean and have to find their way back across enemy lines on their own...or at least be exactly here the story is, the REAL story. Sure we've had some bad things happen, but here's all the good news?

I'm here in Afghanistan and the locals like us. They make money by selling things they make on base and working for the base. If there is an attack to the base they will go hunt down the bad guy and drop them off at our gate. (cool huh? :)

We often seem to forget that freedom of speech, freedom of expression and freedom of the press are what make America unique among nations.
Everyone should speak their mind! It's what makes America what it is and Americans who we are.
You don't have to agree with the war to be a good American. And agreeing with it doesn't make you bad either. We all have our own opinions on everything and the right to express those opinions is our MOST CHERISHED RIGHT!
So, no, I tire of none of the opinions expressed by my fellow Americans, whether I agree with them or not!
