Ha! You really want to know my answer to that question? I AM personally destructive, and I'm so very familiar with that feeling you get afterwards of 'what was I thinking?'.

So I think it's very possible you're using these sugar binges to perhaps deal with things that you don't know how to otherwise. It's not that you purposefully want to hurt yourself, but maybe you're getting a serious emotional payoff while you're doing it. But, as you can tell it's destructive because later you feel all the worse for it. I used to overeat out of comfort, and I would sometimes make myself very sick from it, so I've definitely been there, and still sometimes have the mistake of doing something ridiculous to myself like that.

Honestly what is personaly distructive to me is thinking.
I talk myself into things all the time and they are usually negative things.

Get out of this cycle now because it escalates-i cut, burn, starve myself. you're depressed because self-harm makes you think it helps until after. it's temporary so stop now please
