Are you talking about wearing a ring as a symbol of a committed relationship? Your English is very difficult to understand.
An engagement (or "commitment") ring is meant to be a symbol of love and fidelity between two people, and only has meaning for those two people. It is not meant to be a message that you walk around displaying in public. Indeed, lots of people wear rings on lots of different fingers these days, so it's hard to tell if they are married/engaged/in a committed relationship or not.
Buying your own ring to wear as a symbol of being in a stable relationship is rediculous. Why not just tell people, if they ask? It's not like wearing the ring will stop people from hitting on you, if that is the problem you're trying to counteract.

A ring is not a symbol of stability in a relationship, especially if you have to buy it yourself.
I know people in very stable committed relationships who wear NO rings because they just don't like jewlery.
I know people who are on the brink of divorce who still wear theirs because they like the ring.
I know people who are single and wear a ring because they don't want to be approached by anyone (as if that'll stop anyone).
