Story of my life! I just say to myself, just do one more thing and then you can sit down for a while. I take frequent breaks and try to treat myself nice. I drink a lot of fluids, make myself some soup which always helps, eat something sweet if necessary and my stomach can handle it. Then I just try to keep on keeping on! I also try to clear my schedule as much as possible, delegate to others if I can, and promise myself an early night.

Hawaiian Punch, and lots of it. The sugar will help keep you awake, and the vitamin C will help your body recover.
Also you should try to put as many things off as you can. You need rest if you make yourself sicker you won't be of help to anyone.

for the last week I've had a cold. My two year old has a cold and my 2 month old has rsv so what I do is nap when I can and take meds

nice cup of hot steamy tea, some comfy clothes-a leisure suit, put your feet up, put some soothing, relaxing quiet music on, & do what needs to be done.
