Till how many weeks/months is it safe for a women to abort her child?

When is the best time to get aborted , before how many months? ie. before 1 month or 2 months ?

Before 12 weeks. After the 12 week mark it will cost more and also hurt more. They have to let you dilate more and there is no pain meds given to you while you dialate. The earlier the better.

I had 2 abortions when i was younger (i think i was 16 and then another 6months later...and yes the "counsellor at the clinic told me off). The first at 16-17 weeks and the second at 12 weeks. I did not make up my mind entirely on my own, but if i had kept them then i would not have the 2 angels i do. Some places will tell you it's illegal for them to abort after a certain time, but others will let you do it. It's just about the risks involved. But the longer you leave it the less choice you allow yourself. My doc said that a pregnancy can miscarry up until around 8 weeks, but that is for the best. So any time after 8 weeks up until 4months? but i dont see why it couldnt be done earlier than 8 weeks, Just depends where you live, what the clinic says by law.

It is NEVER right to abort a child!!! The baby has a heartbeat at just a few weeks into pregnancy!! Why do girls have sex KNOWING that pregnancy is always a possibility and then when they do get pregnant the first thing is abortion. How about giving that child a chance and put him/her up for adoption. Abortion is never safe!!! It is also a HUGE decision. Only you can make. You will be the one to live with the choice that you made!!

You have to be pregnant for 4 weeks due to the fact that sometimes you naturally abort the fetus or if abortion too early the M.D. may not be able to get everything out of you and may need to repeat the procedure. Personally, I never had an abortion but I am pro-choice. I suggest you think very carefully, consider what options you have such as: adoption etc... Talk to your mother, she will not kill you but if you have a good mom she is your best friend. Do not go through this alone. Remember, you have the last saying on it. (you decide)

What if your mom would have chose to abort you? Think about what you would do in situations like this prior to having fun sexually. It makes me sick that so many people use this as birth control. Let me guess next you will be asking how long after an abortion can you have sex again right?

Abortion is MURDER! That child has a right to life!
I just saw another question about adoption! You should have the baby and give it up for adoption to someone who can't have a child! There are lots of couples looking to adopt!

You should abort right away. Some states will not abort after 20 weeks, some will abort up to 25 weeks. It is much easier on you if you don't wait. You should contact an abortion support group or counselor as well, you will find Yahoo answers is full of Pro-lifers!

Ok.............let's relax........There are other options...First, I know you are scared, nervous, anxious....However, put your baby FIRST...........not yourself. Have you even considered adoption? It sounds to me that you are in a very tough place, number one, and are resorting to this website, number 2 for advice on a CHILD'S LIFE. IF, you are in a position that you feel you have no where to turn, there are many........Talk to a person close to you, family, friend, neighbor. Call an adoption agency in your area......IF, you are in "what you consider" a low point in your life...turn it around.......give your baby a chance at a wonderful LIFE...........if it cannot be with YOU, then think of your child. I wish you the best..THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS THAN ABORTION.........

Wrong place to ask, you are gonna get about a million, "don't abort-adopt" and/or "abortion is murder" comments.
It's believe it's best before 12 weeks but you should really be speaking to your doctor.

well in most states you cant have abortions until you are at least 6 weeks up to 22weeks i think abortion is wrong at any period of time unless you have a medical reason to do so but if you opt to do it anyway do it early the longer you wait the worse but consider adoption if you are pregnant give it a chance if you are medically able good luck!!!!!!!
