Many for a plural, much for a singular.

So "How MUCH money did you spend buying so MANY groceries"

Many groceries may be correct but it sounds awkward either way...I'd probably say 'look at all the groceries you have' (but that's probably a bit southern US style

-"many groceries", since groceries consist of a multitude of different items.

I personally would never say that since it just sounds awkward.
"Look at all the groceries you have!","Look at all those groceries!", "You bought so many groceries!", or "That's a lot of groceries!" would be preferred. Hope this helps!

I would say "look how much groceries you bought" is fine or "you bought a lot of groceries" also sounds good and complete.

The rule of finite and infinite applies to that. Much is used if it's infinite (not countable) like water, air etc. while many is used for finite (countable) things.
