The battery has an amp-hour rating. It will take approximately 13 X the amp-hour rating watt-hours to charge the battery. (A 12 volt lead acid battery consists of 6 2.2 volt cells in series, so the voltage is really 13.4 volts.) Electricity costs about 1/100 cent per watt-hour (10 cents per kilowatt-hour). So, it costs about 0.13 X amp-hours cents to recharge the battery.
