Sounds like some insecurity on your part. If there has been no signs and or symptoms of her cheating than the dreams must be coming from some feeling you have on the inside. Look inside and ask yourself why you would be worried about her cheating.....and then sit down and have a conversation with her. Get a little reassurance and the dreams will go away.

Well... If you are dreaming about it, it might be your subconscious trying to tell you something. And the fact that one minute she says she's not cheating on you, then she says she is---doesn't sound good.
Ask yourself some questions: Has she been acting distant? (do you still feel the two of you connect?)
Is she less interested in sex lately? (it's possible she's getting her needs fulfilled elsewhere)
Has she been being rude or snapping at you over silly things? (a sign she no longer cares about your feelings)
Only you know the answers to these questions.
And trust your gut feeling--I have been cheated on in the past, and there WERE signs, I just didn't want to notice them.
I hope this helps.

Stop being stupid!
There is obviously something wrong with you. If you continue to mistrust her, it won't matter if she cheats or not. She's just a girlfriend, you're not married. make a clean break, and tell her the real reason.

"I don't feel like I can trust you. I'm not able to be an equal in this relationship."

She may not be cheating, and will probably be upset, but it's not worth the stupid arguments that you'll find yourself in because of all the resentment that cames from mistrust.

Dude if she is cheating on you get rid of her, she obviously doesn't care for you or she wouldn't be cheating. You dreaming about it is probably a gut feeling telling you that she is. Tell her to hit the road and go find someone who is worthy of your attention and don't waste your time on someone you can't trust.

There are dream books in regular book stores that are supposed to interperet your dreams for you. It may not be anything and you don't want to just assume b/c it may screw up your relationship. I suggest maybe looking through one of the books and sitting back until you know for a fact that something is happening, just be cautious around her.

she probably isn't at all.I think the problem is you are insecure in your relationship and obviously have some doubts on your mind about her faithfullness.Remember though it is not real and if you being to accuse her of anything based on a dream she will be angry and you better expect that if you are going to approach her about this.

You are nervous. You are allowing your nerves to get the better of you. If you really are concerned, maybe spend more time with her. Don't straight up ask her because then she would feel akward.

You must feel that you are inadequate in some way. Think about this and follow through on building up your self esteem.
