Not at all. The distinction of Atheism is not whether you go to church or not, but whether you believe in God at all. And, many people believe in God in some way but aren't members of any "one true church." Personally, I could care less about everyone on the outside; it's not my place to go around labelling them this or that, nor is it my duty to go around ragging on people or claiming I'm part of the true church and if they don't join they're definitely going to hell. The "christians" with this attitude are severly misguided people, and it is beyond me how they don't realize their hypocrisy.

I don't know exactly how you define "one and only church of God." I very much dislike when one group of Christians, such as Catholics, Baptists, or Messianics, exclude other groups -- actually I think there is a group called the Church of God that does this, but I wondered if you were using it in a broader sense. I believe in an inclusive view.

As for those who don't believe, some are atheists, some are heathen. Jews don't belong to any group called a "church," but they are definitely not atheists or heathens. So I don't like to break the world down into "us" and "them" to that extent.

No, as an athiest is one who doesn't believe there is a God. There are many wonderful people who are members of other faiths, who believe differently than I do, but I still consider them religious people, not atheists.

We all have something to offer the world, in acts of service to mankind.

I hate the stupid word "heathen". NonChristians are just confused people who feel like something is missing in their lives and don't know how to fix it. Some try religion, love, money... and sometimes they think it's working when it's not. They're still people with jobs and family and embaressing moments and victory dances. They have good things in their lives along with the bad. Christians are like that too, but they have the light of God inside them.

God makes me happy. :)

as a Christian, a follower of the one-and-only Lord God, Jesus Christ, I view all non-believers as "lost souls"
who are in need of my God and His plan for their salvation.
nothing more, nothing less.
