just talk to them, I don't mean go up and tell them you want to know everything. Just gradually start by speaking for a while, then tell a light joke in passing, smile when you see them, then try to start a conversation. You can go forward from there if decide you even like the person after that.

Well don't do it so she would think your stalking her. Disguise yourself if you have to buy a beard and glasses a hat do anything but stalk that's a 2 year sentence. Heck, hire a detective!
