like when i was asleep felt like i was going to throw up in my dream and when i woke up i felt a little nasueas (sp) and now im fine..wtf is going on :(

It's just an upset stomach or a little bug of some sort. It has happened to me, and many others before. It's nothing serious.

sometimes, when i go to bed with a full stomach, i feel a little nasius (lol, i can't spell it either). maybe, your stomach was digesting your meal, and you felt nasius in real life, but since you were sleeping, you dreamed it too.
