I know exactly how you feel. I get like that when am on the pill. To be honest the best thing is to make sure you are getting enough protein, things that keep your hunger away, keep you fuller for longer. To be honest at first its really hard not to give in to your hunger, trust me i know.

Foods with a low glycaemic index keep you fuller for longer, and as long as u persevere you will stop missing these foods. Stay focused on how great you'll look in your bikini etc

AND dont forget, never eat until you are full, just measure your portion and when you finish eating, stop, even if u still feel hungry; after 15min this will dissappear. Its important to keep busy too, Try and distract yourself, keep busy and dont forget to reward yourself once a week. IF you are craving a big mac then go ahead and have HALF a big mac, BUT ON YOUR TREAT DAY ONLY! eg. mine is on a friday! I love Fridays :)

Also eat smart, eat fruit before your food, this helps your body digest easier, make sure theres veg in all your meals and 20% protein.. dont eat carbs after 5 and eat 5 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large ones.

Best of luck!!

Eat a banana, it's sweet and will fill you up, plus it has potassium which is good for you. Or try whole grain toast with some cream cheese spread on it - it's really good when the cream cheese melts a little, plus it has some fat which will help your cravings, and the whole grain toast has good carbs which will satisfy you longer.

Otherwise, if you really have to have McDonald's right now (and I sure know what that's like!) just have a small fries and SAVOR them slowly, enjoy the hot saltiness of each and every one, and hopefully that will work. If you eat them slowly, sometimes it fakes your body into thinking you ate a lot.

Good luck!

Go ahead and eat it.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.
