All religion is not evil, but it is the people that want to command others to do what they want that is the real evil. This war that we are involved in is a Holy war, but the people are fighting us because we call the Creator God. While they call Him Allah. If people will stop thinking that what they think is the only way to think then we would be living in a much better world. Until then we will have to keep our own spirits up and hope that one day every one will realize that it is the same Creator that we are all fighting over.

Of course not. The fact that millions of humans have been killed by other humans, the fact that tyrants exist and oppress nations has no rational connection to religion. There has been war and killing, with and without the excuse of religion, throughout the history of man. Regardless of what excuse is given, the real reason is money and markets, material gods.

No! All religion is not evil. We may of another denomination, but this is not what God is looking for. He is looking at the heart. God is Love not Chaos! The killing of innocent people because they may be different than you is not a religion, its pure evil.
All of this killing of innocent people and the oppressed is not of God, it is of man. And to kill anyone because they do not believe the same is pure evil, part of Satan's demeanor that will send you straight to Hell.

The ideas of "sturdy" and "evil" are truly huge words, and might mean VERY somewhat some issues reckoning on your utilization. What do you mean by skill of "Evil"? Do you mean a malicious style of evil? Are you implying that faith willfully desires injury on human beings? apart from, how can a thought including faith be evil? In its purest form, faith is merely searching for what it believes to be the terrific course for humanity. The "evil" you talk approximately can purely be got here upon interior the hearts and minds of the human beings, no longer the assumption. On yet another be conscious, and that i hate bringing this one up, Stalin. There we can instruct that atheism would not have clean palms the two. So, in accordance on your obvious definition, faith, and now the lack of religion are the two evil. So, in essence all of humanity is evil. Sorry, I do exactly no longer purchase it.

"Religion" has been the cause of a lot of violence and death but it has also help and saved a lot of lives. The Red Cross started as a Christian organization and the Salvation Army is a Christian organization. Many churches, temples, and religious entities are the only provider of food and/or health care in many parts of the world.

It's obviously evil people using anything they can as an excuse. Just like some of the evil people are trying the "blame it on religion" excuse for their hate and bad behavior.

I think an awful lot of people who are pure evil mask put on the religious mask to justify themselves....
I don't think religion is evil, though.

Religion sucks....it is mans attempt to control and manipulate what God intended to be simple life. God's instructions are for the betterment of life....not to oppress or control. He came to give life and life more abundant.

There's only one GOD in unreduced and unbroken completenes and loyalty. Sad thing we cant live a calm and rational life of reason with equanimity and unity because of all these philosophers of different point of views and different religion

Lots of inocent people are killed everyday for what they believe, and lots of bad people pay for it everyday, it has to do with our choices and we grow stronger through our tribulations. People are always dieing for what they believe in, it is "sealing your testimony in blood".
