...and would you say that Canada's or Britain's national health is far more "christian" than your 'up sh*t's creek without a paddle if you're poor brand of caring for the sick?

Why is the US so Christian when the form of government is so....not. And do you see the contradiction with Americana ethics, Conservatives and the very Christian Country?

Bryan: You must be young and naive. "taking responsibility for their actions" my dear boy,
you do know that people get stricken by disease for no reason, get injured and sick all the time for no apparent good reason,
if you are in Christian America, you are royally screwed.

2007-01-20 02:57:06 · update #3

Here's another one. Are you people just really young or really stupid?

How is you or your family getting sick or injured a "mess" you got yourself into?

2007-01-20 02:58:21 · update #4

THANK YOU IMPOSSIBLE DREAM.

HE IS THE ONLY HONEST CHRISTIAN WHO KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE HE HIMSELF IS STRICKEN WITH A DISEASE, LIKE MYSELF, WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING WE DID OURSELVES, NOR DESERVE.

2007-01-20 02:59:34 · update #5

trolling: the only ones who talk like you are those who haven't experienced actual life, along with actual debt, yet.

YOU come back to ME when you can't afford healthcare, like most can't on their own, and more corporations don't offer, get a family,
any one of you get sick or injured, then you come back to me with your sob story and having to take out a second or third mortgage out on your house to pay back the scam of a healthcare system we currently have in the US>

We need not to mix political systems with religions. People are sick all over the world and many do not get help in Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, and Jewish communities.

I think that it's human greed sponsored by capitalism, but it's also clear that communists and socialists have also extorted money from the masses ignoring their needs.

I think we need to return to a system of trade and barter as a subsystem for people to receive the things we need in life and give the things others need. Doctors need eggs and farm goods and stained glass and beautiful wood tables and someone to clean for them because they are doing work that others can't duplicate easily.

A janitor's labor is valuable, as is the garbage collector and the worker at a middle eastern restaurant. Doctors, lawyers and Indian chiefs do work that takes a lot more training and need to pay their large bills for their extensive educations, so they need more money. And others need more tools and equipment to accomplish their work. But aside from that, we need to even out the benefits in this world because there is way too much poverty and untreated sickness just because the bountiful resources we have need to be spread out a bit more. Just a bit, and just a bit more evenly and steadily.

May Allah, The Healer, heal you and give you His Peace, Mercy, and Blessings.

Having lived on the streets of America. I can say people give more than enough to help. It's typically the ones who do the actual work of helping. Not the the office people. The majority of people running the shelters. That are deadbeats, and all they do is abuse people in need.
If you can't take the Heat, get out of the Kitchen. People really
need to find out how there charity is often abused. Don't listen to
all the hard choices they have to make. And how people don't want help.
Demand some competent staffing. They value people who don't mind "snitching" to get points. But they don't do their work. They need to value people who give a man a break, and do their work.

You sound to be a very angry person.

All life is not bad. But if you are angry with everyone and angry with life, it will ALWAYS look bad.

Try to deal with some of that anger. I sometimes go for a swim. It cools my anger and gets rid of the negative energy, so that I can function better in life.

You have to find out what works for you. try buying a stuffed animal and kicking the stuffing out of it. This is great stuff.

Yes the world is imperfect, but each day you can make a positive difference. If all else fails, get some counselling.

Everyone has this disallusionment that Jesus is supposed to come rescue us when we need help. The Christian God has ordained that man will have free will. Free will means that we are allowed to make our own choices in life..and our own decisions. What people don't realize is that we are supposed to be making our choices based on what our religion has taught us. We choose to life our lives without referring to the spiritual guidelines that are the foundations of our religions. Show me one religion on this planet that says that you are to treat everyone with defamation and hatred. Not even the Koran teaches that..true Islam doesn't teach hatred..Chrisitianity, Hinduism, Taoism...doesn't matter. All religions teach the same love and compasion and true hearted judgement that we are to use when making lifes choices. We ignore this and let our own judgements and prejudice guide our lives. And what Jesus is going to want to help anyone who follows those guidelines? As of late...there's been a huge movement in the Christian religion that pushes the idea of "What Would Jesus Do?" The idea is to pose that question when dealing with tough issues. Hopefully it catches on. Maybe it can be expanded. "What would Buddah do?"...see what I mean?

I think you would find Deuteronomy Chapter 28 interesting, If you believe it. It tells the national blessings and curses of God's people. Just to hit the point you questioned, It's not really Jesus' help, ( I mean its not what you would call a help, However it should help US to repent as a nation). But it is His curse.

v.33 speaks of a people eating up our labors, is your paycheck the fruit of your labors? possibly to pay for relief of diseases.
He says in v.20 of the disease He will bring upon US until we are destroyed and perish quickly. You can also read the reasons why.

I don't think the "mess" everyone is talking about is you -- or anyone else for that matter -- getting sick. It is the system that doesn't help people that is the mess.
But your question is "How does JESUS help ..." That indicates that you blame Him for your situation. God did not introduce sin and sickness and suffering into this world; we did. Don't be bitter; don't be angry with God. Put all of your faith in Him. Don't feel sorry for yourself, no matter your situation. Rather, be grateful for what he has given you. Pray that He gives you faith and that your suffering makes you stronger and is for your salvation. Many righteous people have suffered on this Earth. It does not mean God does not love them.

Jesus wouldnt punish anyone for being sick or being healed. He never took a penny when He healed people. We are charged out the wazoo by the American government and the greedy Doctors and the FDA. Hardly anyone is interested in healing the sick anymore... its a multi billion dollar business to keep them sick and on medication for the rest of their lives.

Duress ability "difficulty" and difficulty has no particular quantity on it, and on the grounds that it has no quantity on it, a jury of your friends or (hopefuly) a MALE choose will award you the X quantity decrease back, plus a wide quantity for the duress you suffered. wide = a pair thousand to over $10k for sure you heavily isn't able to win and not using a lawyer, so the lawyer will take a piece of the Duress money, an truly descent lawyer in circumstances like those ought to in user-friendly words ask for 25% maximum.

Jesus was here to teach us how to be better people. It's not his fault that most humans will stick to their greedy nature, and not help one another. That's why socialism can't work, because the nature of man is too greedy and selfish. It is also selfish to blame Jesus for that, like you can't get off your ***, and try to do something about injustice like Jesus. Do you think Jesus was here to have you sit down, complain, and let him fix it all for you? Like you would never have to show effort, or work hard, because Jesus will do it for you. God created man and the free will that comes with it. With freewill comes opinions, self justification, and humans taking advantage of others for personal gain. Which leads to the point that life is unfair, and we all have to deal with that.

Jesus never promised us a Rose Garden. He has given us faith and hope for better things, but we as individuals are blessed in his name and we must make choices in our life.
No matter how old you are, it's never to late to choose a path that will make your life better and abundant than what it is.

I chose College because I wanted to make more money to afford the finer things in life to help the family enjoy.

Entering College at 42 years of age was considered like a little late, but not for me. My Goal was achieved and the jobs poured in and the money at $26.00 an hour, was well worth my effort to get back in School.

The choices we make reflect our circumstances and when your married and have a children and another one on the way especially for a Man he must face the responsibility of his action in this life. My choice paid off.

My moral here today writing to you is that Jesus helps everybody make choices if you allow him in your heart to help you. If you deny him than how can you share the glory with him?

I seen a pregnant girl 24 years old her teeth pratically all rottened out and she was a very pretty girl, but she got on drugs and chose a wrong path.
If she doesn't change her ways, than she dies in the hell of her choice that leads to the most horrible time in her life and does that mean that if she fails and Jesus doesn't love her?

Why did did she cross my path while I visited a friend?

What did she see in me when I refused to buy her a Beer pregnant with child?

I don't preach , but the Lord takes me to places that are completely disgusting....al little advocates of Devils and lost souls and they question me when they see me because I look like a Police Officer.

She got her blessing when she met me and through me she received a blessing that if she chooses a better life then she can have the things I have.
When I gave her a ride to her place at a trailer park. She got to ride in a Cadillac Escalade. the phone rings and it was my wife and she heard me talk to my wife as she told me to stop by the store and pick up some Onions and she was experiencing the good things in life. I am not rich, but I try to do good and the blessings continue to pour upon me.

I never mentioned one time to her about Christ. I never preached to her. I didn't have too. She already knew when she set eyes upon me that I was there to help.

Millions of people all over the world suffer today because of the choices and their circumstances that have begotten them and sometimes...it's no their fault, but Jesus is always there to carry you when you can't walk.

Here in Columbus, Georgia there is a Man that pushes an old grocery cart up and down Veterans Park Way. He has no home and everyitng he owns is in the grocery cart. It was 26o degreees one night and Iw ondered how can that Man survive out there in the cold?

I went out for a ride and there he was with a huge clear plastic over him and using his body heat to stay warm. Jesus looks after everybody even the homeless, the poor and the weak.

Here is a Man on Christmad Day out on the streets where nobody, but Gopd takes care of him. He had on a new pair of shoes.

Trust me on this one....did God take care of the homeless Man?
Then why should he not take care of Americans or anybody else for that matter?
In closure all I can say to you is Jesus does help Americans and everyother race out there if you let him in your heart and be your guide.
I am the Captain of my Ship, but Jesus is my eyes and I cannot sail without him to guide me.
