Endemic. For example, Boojum trees are endemic to Baja CA. This means that they only occur on this peninsula.

All of the answers are right to some extent....The Torrey Pine tree grows naturally only near the Pacific Coast. But the Torry Pine is planted down the Streets of adjacent cities. It can also be grafted on other pine trees; thus, extending its range by artificial propagations. There are some fine lines draw here but is some circumstances they are all right.

if for example plant X grows in a particular biomeY, just say plant X is typical plant of biome Y.
