Hi, its just pasta shaped like tubes, boil a large pot of salty water, drop them all in for about 8 mins then drain quickly, they should still feel a bit stiff.
One easy recipe is to mix Ricotta cheese in a large bowl with a large bag of mixed grated cheeses ( like the pizza cheese or taco cheese bags), add 2 large eggs, salt & pepper, if you like cooking, maybe fry up some chopped onions and garlic, add that to the mixture then get a small spoon, try to stuff the tubes gently with this creamy mixture & lay them side by side in a lasagna dish. It's a bit messy to stuff them, have patience! then pour a bottle/can of a good ready made tomato / Basil pasta sauce over them, bake for 20 mins in oven. ( The cheese mix in the tubes turns solid and fluffy after baking.)
Serve with a big salad. Also good with Speck or parma ham.
Bon Appetit

1. Use a tall, large pot (6-8 quart capacity) filled no more than ¾ with water.
2. Salt the water. Salting the water brings out the natural flavor of the pasta. Salt must be added once the water has started to boil. If the salt is added too late, it will not be absorbed correctly into the pasta. Adding salt too early may lengthen the boiling time. Allow the salt to dissolve before adding the pasta.
3. Allow the water to come to a boil Add the pasta and quickly return the pot to a boil. Do not cover the pot. Stir the pasta gently several times while it is cooking, approximately every three minutes.
4. Only pasta using poor quality wheat will require oil in the water to prevent sticking. A high quality pasta will not need oil. Oily pasta will cause the sauce to slide off.
5. Cook pasta between 7-11 minutes. If cooking the cannelloni to fill and bake, cook for 7-8 minutes since it will continue to cook in the oven.
6. Drain pasta immediately after it is done cooking. Pasta should not be rinsed after cooking unless for a pasta salad recipe. The natural starches released from the pasta complement the pasta meal because they help “bind” the sauce that is to be used, and allow the sauce to adhere better to the pasta.

Canneloni as in pasta? You boil the water (with oil to prevent the starch foam) and add the pasta. Cook al dente to prevent breaking when you stuff them.

The cooking instructions themselves may vary from other canneloni depending on the specifics of their manafacture.
It would probably be easiest if you just typed out the instructions and someone can then translate it. (if you want them cooked properly)
