Artist name, antique, sheperd david in field with sheep C. Van Leenpeen? cannot read artist name?

The glass on the picture is wavy. It appears to be David watching over his flock of sheep in a pasture. The name is very hard to read due to the signature. A very beautiful print.

I don't have a visual, this is a visual matter. If this print is common, you might be able to locate a link. If you think some reading of the signature is at least some of those letters you can narrow it down in a search engine. Take the image out of the frame and examine it under magnification or please put up a picture. I would love to help.
