I told him that I liked him and he also likes me but now he be is acting like a brat to me and I am pissed at him and I dont like him now What should I do?

Tell him what you don't like. How is he "acting like a brat?" Be specific, things like "I don't appreciate you making plans with me and then cancelling at the last minute." Tell him you won't put up with it anymore and, if he does it again, then stop seeing him.

Some guys tend to do things like that without knowing they aren't helping matters. He's still a little childish too immature.
You're just going to have to tell him that due to his recent behavior it's not possible for you to date him. Explain to him why, don't leave him hanging. This might be just what he need to grow up a bit.

You're not even going out with him? Then just ignore him!!! If he tries to talk to you, walk away!!! Tell him that you'll talk to him when he grows up!!!
Obviously it's gone to his head that you said you liked him and he thinks he can walk all over you now. Don't put up with that kind of crappy behavior. If a guy doesn't treat you right, then you should stay as far away from him as possible.

So tell him that he's not the man that you thought he was and that you were mistaken in thinking you liked him... and that you'd appreciate it if he left you alone.
Then act like you mean it! Don't sit there watching him at school or smiling at him or asking all your firends to spy on him for you. Stuff like that means you're still interested!!!
