One day it was there. The next it says the path and file cannot be found. What makes an entire program up and disappear. Yesterday also my computer froze up twice. Any ideas?

Maybe you accidentally deleted the shortcut. Search for it by opening the start button, then programs, and look for microsoft word. If it is not there, open up start again, and use the search button and type in microsoft word. good luck...

It could be that someone moved the program also make sure it didn't get accidental deleted

You probably have a virus. Run your virus scanner.
