I play soccer too and once I was asked out on the Field, (:
This is what you should do, after you punt the ball to the other side ( make sure it's a good punt) complement her on a move she made in the game and/ or how she looks
(EX: this guy told me on the Field that he liked how my cheeks got rosy red when i played hard, he then touched my cheeks)
, then ask casually if she would like to go get a bite to eat with you after the game.

Just talk to her after practice. Talk and then ask her out to a movie or something.

Talk to her, and get to know her. Then when you know you like her after knowing her ask her out on a group date. Then if it goes well ask her out on a single date.
