Very nice area but very commuter belt! Consequently house prices high. Easy to get to London.

Welwyn and welwyn garden city are both nice places,about 40mins from kings cross london on the train ,cost of living slightly high and nice neighbourhoods

Welwyn Garden city is a nice place. I went to collage there. I think train to london would be easy as it's not to far away from London.
Cost of living is fairly high as it's so close to London.

yes, the area is nice and decent, as it is located in one of the biggest counties, but also the living cost is higher because of the university located in hatfield. about the transport and other amenities, its lot good than many other places.
