Whats the best way to forget my ex-girlfriend?

I decided to forget her cause she seems to cheating and we had very bad conversations in the last 2 weeks. and I don't want to get into another relationship now. Whats the best way to do it without dating someone else?

You'll have to date someone else. It doesn't mean exclusively. Date around. Use protection.
