Any idea who stocks Kilz original in UK (England). Needed for covering a stain.?

I don't have a clue, but if you can find Bull's Eye 1-2-3, it works even better than Kilz and is the choice of professionnals for removing grafitti....

And you can always order both on the Internet...

I would not use Kilz, I would use white pigmented shellac
