Sorry, get a lawyer, my friend.

Also, sounds like you're not telling the whole story.

If you where found behind the wheel your screwed. The driver of the other wrecked car should be able to clear you if he stayed at the scene of the acident. The true driver( thet caused the wreck should be sued by you. YES You need a lawyer... Call Science and Kirk or some other local lawyer ASAP. If you can't afford it go online and contact a pro bono if your telling the truth you'll get satisfation against all parties involved. Good Luck, I hope nobody is seriously hurt and that my advice helps a little.

The real driver, will have to confess. He has set you up, and unless youcan find witnesses as to who was really driving, you are holding the bag, for it. The justice system is not "mucked-up", your friend is doing this to you.

i understad how this may have happened, this person may have even had no liscense or may have had warrents. the only way to determine who drove is either by eye witness or you said you had injuries? you must have had soft tissue damage by your seat belt. have your doctor to verify which shoulder was injured by the seat belt. your left if driving, your right if passenger.
