what is it in regular time?

Either 6:45 in the morning, or quarter of seven in the morning.

The Army uses a 24 hour system. 0645 is 6:45 AM. 1845 is 6:45 P.M. The Navy uses bells. Ihave no idea what time 3 bells is.

Military time is based on a 24 hour clock. Where regular, or civilian, time is based on 12 hour clocks. Which is why we in the non-military world have am and pm.

Qua tar to 7.00 it is so easy you don't need to do anything unless it is 14.45 then it would be qu atar to 3.00 and im only fifthteen year old it is so simple
