breakfast could be chocolate croissant's and hot chocolate in a bowl.
lunch could be a baguette with loads of salad and pate.
tea always a bowl of bread and cheese but main course is ideally a meat and veg or pasta just like English only not as cooked.if steak don't cook just warm slightly.
creme brulee or creme caramel for desert, also crepes can be eaten at anytime of the day.

Uncooked eggs in milk for breakfast;
Fried Frog legs for lunch;
Steamed Snails for dinner;
Duck cooked in orange juice every other day
Give me steamed rice and vegetables with garlic-fried shrimps; glass of wine followed by a Spanish coffee any day.
