there is a thing called jurisdiction even if the police were on the same force say ontario police they are not suppose to go about working as cops once they leave the area they are suppose to work in . they can yes. the cop would not do this with out the permission of the police in the jurisdiction as he would be in big trouble even fired for doing this. even in a police chase they are to ask for permission to carry on the chase in the next jurisdiction . i knew a cop and another cop had chased someone into another jurisdiction and then got in an accident and the cop friend of mine told me this other cop was f#cked now .

no. city a officers have no jurisdiction in city b.
