This is how many people approach a relationship. Consciously or unconsciously, they believe love is a sensation (based on physical and emotional attraction) that magically, spontaneously generates when Mr. or Ms. Right appears. And just as easily, it can spontaneously degenerate when the magic "just isn't there" anymore. You fall in love, and you can fall out of it.
So what is love -- real, lasting love?
Love is the attachment that results from deeply appreciating another's goodness.
It is always good, and if you have ever had a bad experience with it, then it wasn't really love.

hmm life is too hard for a straight answer. like everything else in life it varies, because the answers not gonna be one set way. if u love someone that doesnt love u back, there have been people that have been ok with this as crazy as it may sound. but me its horrible. if u fall out of love with a douchy female or guy that doesnt love u thats a turn for the better. so its different strokes for different folks, and regardless of what anyone tells you here one way or the other is never 100% as u have so many different mentalities who are ok and not ok with certain things and they change over time. the world varies too much and again a solid answer given to you is a lie. and i dare anyone to prove otherwise. love can be a beautiful thing thou, hope you find it.

It is good. Falling in love along with somone falling in love with you, is one of the biggest means of helping you find yourself. If you win in love you know why. You hear and feel the answers. If you dont win in love you are introduced to heartache, and dispair. These emotions help you to grow as an individual: understanding what you want and need in yourself before you can love another or allow another to love you. It also helps you reassess your priorities in terms of what stimulants you will allow to affect you and how intensely in the future. Sometime it does hurt, but you gain in either case.

i think falling in love is great! But only when that person falls in love with you too! It's the most "incredible" feeling, special thing in the world!!
If you fall in love with someone who barely knows you exist and/or doesn't want to be romantically involved with you, well, then that really sucks!!!
I hope and someone special fall in love together in the future!!

Love is a basic dimension of human experience that is variously conveyed as a sense of tender affection, an intense attraction, the foundation of intimacy and good interpersonal chemistry, willing self-sacrifice on behalf of another, and as an ineffable sense of affinity or connection to nature, other living beings, or even that which is unseen. It manifests itself in feelings, emotion, behavior, thoughts, perception and attitude. It influences, underlies and defines major patterns in interpersonal relationships and self-identification.

Its neither, it is great. We may never know any other emotion that comes close to love. That feeling of having the windows and doors to your very soul blown open. Even if it only happens once in your lifetime is worth every memory, every moment, and every tear involved in it all.
