My di.ck used to measure 7.5 inches and I've been working out a lot in the past year and now it only measures 7 inches...WTF??

Somebody told me that when you work out too much your dick can shrink and I had a lot of girls tell me that dudes who are real "buff" have little *****.

OMG!! You better quit workin' out then, huh? Do the math-1/2inch lost every year? What will you have left in say, 10 years?!?! I thought it was only the use of steroids that shrunk "things" down, but perhaps I've learned something new 2day.

Firstly, a man's penis directly, and his perception of what is a good one as apposed to a bad one is a huge topic among men. It greatly affects their ego, level of performance, and most importantly, their interpretation of how you as women should be treated because of the abovementioned aspects. "what can i get away with and what i should never do cuz she wont accept that has a great deal to do with this issue." So whatch what you say. It may come back to haunt you if youre not careful. My dude, it doesn't shrink due to working out, however, when that region of the body gets more rigid, you do lack in the ability to compress more closely to the bone and internal hip area when measuring. That's all. Nothing more. Don't be self conscious, you havent lost anything. And worrying yourself doesn't allow the full potential for an erection either. Notice sometimes, you're harder than others? Youre probably an 8 instead of 7.5 at those peak points. Don't stress it soo much. Just enjoy what you have and dont be discouraged.

I've been working out since my Junior year of high school and I'm 27 & I haven't seen any changes, Unless your using Steroids ( which I'm sure your aware of makes your thing smaller ) If your that worried about it why don't you get a pump for it. that might work and get back the length that you lost. I'm suggesting this because I used to work in an adult shop and herd this type of question all the time. there is my suggetion, good luck

I think if bodybuilding is carried to the extreme (professional competition level), you'll probably find that lots of weird things will happen to your body. Throws your hormones all out of whack. Women bodybuilders, for example, who drop below 10% body fat may experience amenhorrea, AKA absence of a monthly period.

One thing that I know is that working out with weights increases aerobic efficiency and blood circulation. Because of this, I noticed a BIG difference in my husband's sexual performance (bigger size, harder erection, more stamina, etc.) than before he started working out. I worked out with him, too, and I noticed a huge difference in myself. Between the physical effects I mentioned above and feeling that much better about myself physically (health, appearance), I found that my sex drive skyrocketted.

So unless you're using steroids, I thought the opposite would be true.

That doesn't sound right at all, but think of it this way...

.....How many more times are you going to get to use it now that you've got a decent body, than before when you were out of shape? You're probably gonna get some more use out of it, screw that half inch.

No...Only if you take steroids! I only know this because I usually only go out with men that work out. Not sure why?! But no, they are just FINE in that area. I have heard that if you take steroids it will cause that to happen, (what you mentioned!)
Don't take steroids!! :)

Good luck!
