Han Po soon to open Vietnamese Restaurant in New York

Want best way to serve classic dish. It include dog meat.

Namaste. The best way to keep your restaurant in business is to NOT use dog meat. Use duck, or chicken, or some kind of cow or pig meats. These are all pretty acceptable in America. Sometimes even deer meat or rabbit but I don't know that those would be available or well liked in NY.

As long as you meet local requirements, serve it and make it in the traditional fashion. Dog meant is not traditionally eaten in western cultures, so there will be many who will not want or say they don't like it. Some will try it for the novelty. Again, though, you will have to check with the city and state departments of health and possibly with the USDA on the use of dog meat.
