Diet pills have only short-time results, like for a couple weeks. Then, your metabolism will change, and this makes you put weight back on again. Your body knows how much energy, food it needs. The pills temporarily disgise that "need". They can be dangerous if used too long, they often stimulate your heart rate and raise your blood pressure. If you just exercise more, especially walk about 10,000 steps a day, you won't need pills, and the weight will fall off faster.

Beware, most of these Diet companies were recently fined. They have been misrepresenting their products. Apparently their placebos have been more affective than their actual pills.
There are pills that cause weight loss, but they are by prescription only. Had a friend that lost 70 lbs and she looks sickly.....ewwww.
Be careful with the supplements, do it by eating less and exercising

Supposedly, but if you notice in the commercials, they say 79% of the weight lost was pure body fat...that means the other 21% is muscle and organs. It's like liposuction in a pill. Use at your own risk.

No.
You're better off just taking metamucil or some other fiber supplement that's healthy.
