There is this girl I've had my eye on. She is by all definitions out of my league. Not that I'm ugly, but she is so smoking hot. She is the total package of looks, personality, and a wicked sarcastic sense of humor. She tends to go for deuchebags who are losers. I have a good job, live on my own, and even have a car that i bought on mky own credit..anyhow..how should i proceed?

First she doesn't like douchebags she likes guy that are leaders. Most douchebags think and act like they are leaders so she is attracted to them.
Second no one is out of your league, if you think like that she will see that and she won't want you.
How to proceed: Ignore the advice of every girl you know. They will tell everything that they think they like but did you ever notice how rarely they go for the guy that gives them that?
Instead talk to her like you would to an unattractive girl or one of the guys. Remember she is no different than any other chick you've dated. Show her how you lead dont tell her. Make descions quickly and act as though you are sure about them.
Now to the dating part. Tell her about something you and your friends are doing. Invite her along in an offhand way. Almost like you are inviting her only because its the polite thing to do. Once you have her out with you have fun. Dont just pay attention to her. Be the life of the party make her have to get your attention. Be yourself but at your best. That should work.

Is she your friend or just an acquaintance? Either way you must have the balls to ask her out. Invite her out for lunch or the movies. Let her get to know you better. Be yourself. Don't try to pretend. Maybe she has never gone out with a guy like you.
No woman in this planet is out reach. Just ask the regular Joe's who married Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears.

This type of girl you said it yourself...she digs douchebags so be the baddest douchebag of them all. Call her offensive names in an affectionate way like Sugartits, pull her hair, manhandle her by her arms whenever you want her to go somewhere with you and beat her up every now and then just to show her who is boss. Oh yeah, when she starts falling for you, cheat on her...this will keep her mesmerized for you. Girls dig guys like that for some reason.

She my have the problem men see her that way so only Deuce bag ask her. She my be hoping some one like you will talk to her and ask her out so why not try. At times if your not good looking girl men will talk to you and ask you out

all she is waiting for now is for you to talk to her. Don't make your first impression of her as impossible, but think that she was made by GOD just like you were. She has feelings like you, be yourself and shoot some game.The more impossible it looks, the better the situation to talk to her.
