It could be or could be something else. The classic signs of a urine infecton are going to the toilet{urine} very frequently, burning sensation on urinating, maybe blood, fishy smell from urine, very diluted urine{very dark/yellow}, cloudy and not clear, pain in lower abdomen or side. I really think you should go to the dr and get a test done there to see if you simply need an antibiotic or further investigation. The best thing to drink to cure a urine infection is lemon barley syrup/juice. Avoid all acidic juices like orange, grapefruit. They will make it worse. The barley stuff is alkaline and will kill bacteria. Still go to the doc though. Good luck.

Trichomoniasis (STD) Incubation Period: If symptoms appear, it usually takes from 3 to 28 days for them to develop. A treatable bacterial infection of male urethra & female pelvis. A watery, greyish, yellowish, or greenish bubbly discharge (may become thicker)
An unpleasant odor.
Pain and itching when urinating.
Most apparent after your period.
Trichomoniasis is primarily an infection of the genitourinary tract; the urethra is the most common site of infection in men, and the vagina is the most common site of infection in women. But this has to be confirmed by laboratory methods.
In women:
A pelvic examination reveals red blotches vaginal wall or cervix. A wet prep (microscopic examination of discharge) shows the infection-causing organisms in vaginal fluids. A pap smear may also detect the presence of the organism.
Yellowish discharge will occur in the case of bacterial vaginosis. But the discharge has a fishy odor.
Please note that I am not a medical professional.
Please see the web pages for more details on Trichomoniasis.

UTIs can do that. You really should call your doctor and get on antibiotics. If you ever had strep throat and you look at your throat it is red, white spots, looking pretty nasty. well the same happens in the urinary tract and that is where the blood comes from. Call you doctor asap and get on antibiotic. you really don't want to wait and have this going septic.

Lots of fluids and a visit to a medic. You may have an ascending infection and you will probably need some antibiotics.
Good luck
