The International Red Cross has been providing a service to reunite families displaced by war. It's a very good program and they still have all of the records of those who registered to find family members whom they lost contact with during WWII. You can find more information on it by contacting your local Red Cross office, and they'll help you get in contact with the office that handles these inquiries in the US.

This is strange. I am going out with a Girl called Odette, who's real father is the son of a famous Polish man who was involved in the Nuremberg trials.

He is a French man - Named Chris Orlande as far as I know - originally known as Orlanski. Their names had to be changed after the Nuremberg trials through fears of assassination attempts.

His father was Polish (This is why I find the story similar). He is mentioned in a book about the Nuremberg trials - Very expensive.

I'd suggest contacting the RAF anyway - they keep records of everyone. They are also very good at helping with family tree's etc.
