I'm eating healthy & exercising, I just want to speed things up a bit. I was looking at over-the-counter stuff, any recommendations?

anything that will boost your metabolism duh.. and i dont eat hot wing or nachos... or watch football. its boring.

It's better to take it off like you are doing it. That's the best way. If you eat and exercise the way you are doing, you will all of a sudden notice that it's working. That's a great feeling. I would not advise you to take any diet aids. They can be more harmful than good.
