I just bought a realllllly GAWGEOUSE dress and it'll look even more gorgeouse if my stomach looks really fat.I don't have too much extra fat, though. What can I do in 7 days to get my stomach to be/look more flat? I do not want to wear any "appear slimmer" underwear neither! LOL I want to be comfortable!

Well I don't think just doing sit ups in 7 days is going make your stomach flatter. What you can try is not eating very much and do sit ups or some sport activity until you start sweating real bad or just a little. I do that and I have a 6 sorta 8 pack. But I am a boy so I don't were dresses.lol And I don't know what women think is too big. I personly think you guys worry to much about. so don't. okay

Situps alone will not make your abdomen flatter, but it does help. Situps are not a good means of burning fat so if all you do is situps you will have great abs but no one will see them because they will be surrounded by fat.
I suggest alot of cardio to burn the fat and alot of crunches. Weight training is the best way to increase metabolism. Don't worry you won't get all muscle bound. Women get more definition not bigger using weights. A great help is if you could get a partner in your workouts. You can keep each other motivated and make sure you both are using proper form.

I do 1000 a day.....(ok I tried it once and didn't do it past 2 days)

Do 4 sets of 25 (thats 100) 10 times a day. I would set an alarm for every hour until I did it 10 times. That would make 1000 sit ups.

Just make sure the 4 sets you do are different so that you get all your muscles worked out. Also, don't eat salty foods and walk as much as you can. Park the car FAR from where you are going. Take one item up-stars at a time...stuff like that!

It would make you loose weight which would make you stomach flatter. And walking is a good way of getting your stomach flat. Also, don't chew gum or eat candy with sorbitol in it.

The important thing is how many NOT to do. If you strain yourself too much you could do internal damage. It's more important to feel and appear comfortable the way you are than to worry about your tummy.

If you need for your tummy to look smaller temporarily, you can wrap it in saran wrap while you exercise. It's just water weight loss, but you should be okay to wear that GAWGEOUSE dress for the occasion.

If you are not habituated sit ups will suffer you.
If you are overweight start playing on ground and avoid junk food adding salads to your food.
If you are not overweight change/throw the dress.
