go vegitarian for a month. eat only raw vegitables. no sugar. no meat.
i know, it's really hard, but it works great.
my mom used that, and she lost a LOT of weight.
diabetic people do that sometimes, and as long as they do, they don't have to take their meds.
did you know that vegitarians are the healthiest group of people on earth?

Other than dieting, you can get the underwear that are made to hold it in and flatten your stomach. Your clothing always have a big part of how you look. Don't get horizontal stripes or pants with pleats.

Don't eat and when you do excuse yourself to go throw it up. Your whole body will look smaller and might mess up your teeth too but you will have an OUTSTANDING tummy.
