The answer really depends on which agency you are working for. I worked for one, where it meant "Breaking and Entering", another "Robbery in Progress." After the debacle of 9/11, Homeland Security is advising all agencies to go to plain language. This is a problem, because a lot of the older cops are so ingrained into the ten or twenty code system, that they automatically use it. It may take two generations to eradicate most of it. 10/4.
