Around 2 years to full recovery with good help and support (from a serious burn out). Less time if it was not so serious;

Depression and anziety are not caused by working loing hours. If this were the case, then you'd be fine as soon as you stopped working long hours. The cirumstances to promote depression and anxiety were exacerbated by the working long hours.
Make sure you eat and sleep right, exercise and don't usedrugs/alcohol. If you don't feel better in 3 or 4 weeks you might consider seeing a doctor who can start you on a small dose of some med.

The answer to that depends on the individual. And, I need more details to answer the question, like how long you were burning yourself out for. At least a few months, and look after yourself really well with a good diet and exercise, and plenty of time to relax and sleep. Do what you feel like doing at the time as much as possible.

It should subside as soon as you recoup your rest, ordinarily. If you were burning yourself out for a very long time (year or more)and did not enjoy what you were doing it could take longer. I've have "job burnout" last as long as three months. The important thing is to make a major change. Take a vacation or do something totally different for awhile to let your mind get away from the past stress.
