IF A WORLD WAR 3 TOOK PLACE, NONE OF THESE WOULD BE THE STRONGEST...REASON BEING EVERY NATION WOULD TARGET THESE NATIONS AND THESE NATIONS WOULD KNOWINGLY TARGET EACHOTHER but another nation maybe GERMANY,FRANCE,JAPAN or even IRAN(u never know) because they would be the ones who would be underdogs and would be UNDERRATED...THEY WILL HIT THE BIG SUPER POWERS FROM BEHING as happened in WW2, the great empire of japan and germany were crusading and invading the world and then japan made the costliest mistake they ever made...they hit america in pearl harbour thinking that its a nation like any other nation...and the REST IS HISTORY...So chances are if we ever face WW3 we will witness the emergance of a new SUPER POWER

until eventually now WWII Germany grow to be a important paying for and merchandising united states of america. yet then it desperate to purely invade all of its commerce companions (e.g. Holland, France) and grab their factories and components for themselves. So commerce certainly won't preclude wars. As for issues that are banned. An aggressive united states of america will in basic terms resign the legitimacy of all bans. throughout a important conflagration like WWII all bets are off and international rules are thrown out the window. The League of countries failed in containing Hitler. i do no longer think of world institutes in this age might do plenty extra advantageous contained in the face of a important, useful aggressor, which includes China if it chosen to pass down that path.

Many believe that the AMericans are, but sadly America has no negotiation skills and therefore will keep on warring until their opponent gives up or is dead. I bleive the Chinese have the power, though it may not be handed to them, becuase they are the most spiritual of the three and therefore they should be able to resolve problems peacefullly so a world war doesn't have to happen in the first place.

In a nuclear age, the only true enemy is war itself. A world war in a nuclear age, by definition, means global suicide, therefore your answer is non sequitor.
As Einstein is often quoted as say, WWIV will fought with sticks and stones...for WWIII will have knocked us back into the stone age.

My vote is US because of total spending which is more than the rest of the world combined. That is adding additional spending bills in. China has the largest standing army, but there command structure would break down with some well placed cruise missles. The US weakness is the whims of its populace.
