Before going to bed, or whenever you wake up during the night: lots, lots, lots of water. Down a bottle if you can! You need to re-hydrate, that will care of the icky feeling.
also, while you drink, take an otc advil or paracetamol...
And have a beer with breakfast (or a bloody mary) ONE ONLY, adding a little alcohol in your system lower the withdrawal symptoms...

Time, advil, a B-12, a bloody mary, and whatever food you can hold down. Fatty greasy foods work best.
