they'll let him leave, but will they let him back in? ha-ha just kidding but check the state dept website. one thing i can tell you is he will most likely have everything searched on re-entry. customs computers are tied in to law enforcement now. they searched me over a misdemeanor that happened in 1977! granted it was a slow day, but still!
